First hostel.
Completely abandoned (except for me, the owner, and an old woman).
My room (Rm. 7). It, like the rest of the house, had a very rustic, wooden scent.

Creepy.
Creepier.
Creepiest.
These things were all over the room.
Woke up to this "friend" beside me.

Morning.
The owners were completely self-sufficient and grew all their own crops.

Thin walls.
The creaky hallway to the bathroom (my room's first on the left). I had the whole upstairs to myself.
Harvard's best honey.

Morning mist on a fall field.

At a rest stop in Maine.
